The Mental Health Technician Training Program prepares participants for careers in behavioral health, psychiatric support, recovery services, and community mental health. This advanced pre-apprenticeship pathway combines Mental Health Technician training with a stackable Lean Six Sigma Green Belt credential to strengthen clinical support, quality improvement, documentation, patient safety, workflow management, crisis response, and behavioral healthcare operations. Participants gain workforce readiness skills and practical experience to prepare for employment in hospitals, behavioral health facilities, recovery centers, community mental health agencies, and related healthcare settings. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required prior to enrollment or must be completed through an approved training provider.
